# Privacy

The Nocturnal Foundation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. * IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, geolocation, and usage data;
* Session activity, referral sources, and interactions with the Services;
* Cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 7).

#### 2.3 From Third Parties

* Verification data from KYC providers;
* Transaction information from blockchain analysis;
* Information from analytics providers, hosting providers, and fraud-prevention partners.

### 3. How We Use Your Information

We process information to:

* Provide Services – enable transactions, interfaces, and account features.
* Personalize Experience – customize content, recommendations, and support.
* Improve Services – monitor performance, develop features, and conduct research.
* Ensure Security – detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

* With Consent: if you authorize us to share specific information.
* Aggregate/De-identified Data: for research, analytics, and marketing without identifying individuals.

* Integrated services (e.g., Google Analytics, TradingView, Cloudflare, hosting/CDN partners) may collect data under their own policies.
* Linked third-party websites are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their practices.

* Blockchain Data: retained indefinitely (immutable public record).
* Transaction Metadata: retained up to 7 years for compliance and fraud prevention.
* IP/Session Data: retained up to 5 years for security and regulatory obligations.
* Analytics Data: retained up to 5 years.
* Legal Holds: retention extended where required by law or investigation.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

### 10. Your Rights and Choices

#### 10.1 General Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting us.

#### 10.2 GDPR (EU/EEA Users)

You have rights to:

* Access, correct, and delete your data;
* Restrict or object to processing;

* Lodge complaints with supervisory authorities. Processing is based on lawful grounds: contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent.

#### 10.3 CCPA (California Residents)
